Wanda Ferguson

Certified National Trainer

Ms. Ferguson is a life-long learner, coach, mentor, education consultant and change agent.  Her philosophy about teaching is simple, she agrees with Dr. Sousa, “if you know something and fail to teach it, you commit malpractice.”  She encompasses over 20 years of expertise in education, business, technology, financial management and entrepreneurship. Her purpose and mission is to teach and train others with passion and compassion, and change people’s lives.  While leaving trails of nuggets and an impression of increase on everyone that crosses her path, she helps them discover and uncover the human potential and growth within to blossom into the person they desire to become.

She believes that traditional systems, processes and procedures previously used in the classroom have become obsolete and ineffective in today’s classroom environment.  Educators must become consciously aware of and know who sits before them in order to provide jewels of valuable knowledge to break genetic and environmental behaviors learned, adopted and accepted as norms.  As an advocate for education, educators don’t need any more theory, concepts and trendy programs with catchy names.  Educators need a “learn and do” approach that delivers practical, engaging and easy to use classroom management strategies that can be implemented and applied immediately.

Ms. Ferguson possesses a set of skills that yield and deliver remarkable “results that stick and add value” to both the educator and scholar leaving a mark that can not be erased and a blueprint for success which, 1) transforms the lives of our scholars, 2) restores educators passion, compassion, joy and love for teaching….Attitude is the “Magic Word.”  Madeline Hunter said it best, “kids don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care!,” 3) motivate students to learn, 4) improve the academic learning process with little to no classroom disruption and 5) increase scores school district desire.
