Although, there have been many challenges, it has been an absolute honor and pleasure as an educator, a life-long learner, an education consultant, a coach and a mentor over the past 20 years, to serve my community of Scholars.  It is imperative in today’s society that educators are prepared mentally, physically and socially to expound on the prior knowledge scholars already possess to prepare them today for tomorrow’s career pathways. Attitude is the “Magic Word.”  As a Certified National Trainer, it is a privilege to help educators stamp and root out disruptive classroom behavior that impedes the “academic learning process” and rekindle their “passion and love” for teaching with compassion.
